Is the battery really charged?  I noticed that my usb ports on my computer will not charge the ipad, I use the wall adapter for charging.

I tried tech support with mine and was on hold for 15 minutes before I gave up because I had other things to do.  I have the problem that my ipad will not sync with my windows desktop anymore. I upgraded to new version of itunes and no more connection.  Reloaded itunes, rebooted ipad and no results.  I just get a window that pops up when I hook up the ipad saying it is a ipad camera and asks which program to use (no itunes)
