central mo | The memory swap didnt work ...
I'm having zero luck getting the BIOS to update from a USB ... I've never updated the BIOS from USB ... it's new to me. So, maybe I'm doing something wrong.

The machine is an Acer Aspire 3690. 1 Gig Ram. 80 Gig HD. 17 inch screen. CD/DVD RW. WLan.
I'd really love to get this finished so I can get it back to my customer.
Any help is GREATLY appreciated.
