The Windows Upgrade Advisor found a handful of potential problems. A few programs should be uninstalled before the upgrade, then reinstalled. Norton 360 was not Windows 7 compatible when I installed it -- so that's a purchase. At least the external HDD, printer, etc. are all supported.
