Only so much traffic can get over the wireless link so as they've pulled in more subscribers the network capacity is being rationed.
I would suspect they are more likely to cap established customers than new ones.
Many users wouldn't notice much difference for weeks in typical web use.
Let them know you are not happy and might leave. | |
