NEMO | My son has a homework assignment that he typed up on the computer that has text and graphics. It is saved as a word document. He tried to print it, but it only prints the graphics and not the text. We have a Dell P513w printer set up to our wireless router. There has not been any printing issues previously. I went through the set up on the printer control panel and found where you could select content type as auto detect, text and graphics, photo, text only, line drawing or auto detect. It was set on auto detect, so I selected text and graphics, but it still will only print the graphics. This assignment was saved on our Inspiron 560 with Win 7 and Word 07. I had him save it to his flash drive and try to print it from my laptop with xp and Word 07, but still the same issue. There must be a setting somewhere that I am missing, a setting in Word possibly that I am overlooking? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks. | |
