SSDs have no moving parts, OK but they have what is called write cycles!
In other words, a piece of data can be writen n times on the same storage place.
For those who want to use exclusively SSDs, be aware that your operating system is constantly writing data on the disks (swap/page file) hence your SSD has a limitted lifetime.
On the other hand, access times are extremelly fast compared to hard disks.
So it's a matter of application/performance/ruggedizing whether you want to use SSDs and for which purpose
