| If you can fill out Adobe forms on screen, then the Adobe form was generated that way allowing it. If you have a form number of something that identifies the form, you might be able to search on the net to find another version of the form that would allow it to be filled out. Quite often if you have a state or federal form that is not fillable, you can search and find one that is.
As for saving the file from a web page, try right-clicking on the link and choosing Save Link As from the menu using Firefox, or Save Target As using Internet Explorer. You should be able to right click and save any Adobe file from the web.
What I mean above is you can save a copy of the file, but even if it is editable, you cannot save the changes to the file to your computer. | |
