Fuel pressure in and fuel return are both in the end of the head to the rear of the engine. Take the return hose off the fitting and crank the engine to check for good flow from the head. The injectors are controlled electronically but the final injector pressure is created mechanically by the cam. Is the EEC still bolted to the drivers side of the engine? They have been known grow legs.
