Think,unless you in the right area with good connection to fiber, you
are going to see more charges for bandwidth. Small companies have
a hard time providing the backbone infrastructure, so buy from some
major. They pay on usage. They come up with a billing plan than
people can afford. Now they see people watching U-tubes and video
phones that cost the local more that they are charging the customer.
They can't get new customer as their backbone system is full and
they can't charge all customers enough to cover the usable fees for
a few, thus either bandwidth cap or close down.

I heard that U-tubes are using as much bandwidth now as the total
internet system 5 years ago.
