SW Ohio | I agree with others about Norton but feel about the same about HP. I use only updates from Microsoft. I've done a reload on mine and have deleted or not installed almost all "extras" or "freebees" from HP. I tried at that time to get a new hard drive and a new copy of XP onto my laptop. Even though I had some HP tech help that was "above and beyond" I could not make it happen. I did get a new drive but still have HP software. It just doesn't bother me so much anymore.
