Cold here too, nothing like you guys have it west of here. Thinking of beef stew and potatoes.

Working on that citrus salad, that could almost make a meal but need a piece of meat and that calls for some vegetable, potato is best in winter. Always have frozen vegetables from the garden here.

Maybe chili one day, spagehetti the next day, who knows what will pop up.

I like reading these posts.

We talked about the thawing ground Italian Sausage from Bob Evans with pepper and onions, oh so good.

We try and plan a meal out of what we have or what we just bought. The freezer gets hit hard this time of year.
