judythe.... how are you doing? staying warm I hope. When I make roast I will take individual servings and put htem in freezer ziplock bags with some of the gravy. This keeps the meat from getting freezer burned and when I have the desire I just take one out and thaw and heat and eat... I am the only one around that eats much roast.
