Near Richmond, IN | I just shipped my modem back to them. Guess I should have shipped it to you instead :-) I had to call tech service today (with my wireless provider) about an email setup problem and believe it or not, I got someone who talked just like me and took care of the problem immediately. Before I gave up on Hughes I called their tech service a few times about problems with the popup's about Hughes on my Agristar and every time I got someone I could hardly understand that was probably halfway around the world----and they never did solve my problem. Had to call someone in the USA and they fixed it right away---said the tech people couldn't fix it anyway. Guess they're too big to know what each other is doing. | |
