West Texas | been on since about 9 am here. 2 racks of them. Was 24°F when I started the smoker. Just set the black eyed peas on there next to the sausage and baked potatoes. I'll have everything ready in about an hr or so.
Soaked the ribs down with a homemade honey butter sauce and will make some BBQ sauce out of that here in just a little bit. Sippin on some Jager in between. lol
