Yep Lowell, it is pretty flat around here. Some slight roll to the topography, but nothing compared to your place. I recall some of your pictures and was supprised really to see that much grade where you are at.

 I probably should put the dividers in, but I dont think I need them to be as tall as the factory ones are.
