You said you are useing verizon wireless card. No matter which way you go for programs, I would think video uses alot of bandwith, but I don't know for sure. I believe the verizon wireless card has a 5 gig cap and then you pay for anything extra. Don't know if this would be a problem or not just wanted to mention it to you.
