Those are SATA (internal in the box) and eSATA (accessible from outside) connections. You might be able to find a drive enclosure that you can put your old drive into that has either eSATA or USB output. Or, find a computer somewhere with the IDE mb connection to use for copying the files since this would be a one time connection. There might also be an expansion card to add the IDE capability to your motherboard. Here's one possibility from TigerDirect's Canadian site .
