SW OH		You don't need gauges to add or refill. Just a simple can tap if you can still get the small cans. You need a good thermometer and scales that can accurately weigh tenth pound increments.

To top of a low system put the thermometer in a vent and run the AC full blast for 10 minutes. Record temperature, add 2 tenths of a pound, wait 10 minutes, record temperature. Repeat until the temperature drop is less than 4 degrees. If refilling an empty system start with half the recommended amount then follow the steps above.
