coast of Maine | 13 inches in March,has not stopped raining since last May 1.Perhaps the worst farming conditions last season as possible.I can make it rain,,I cannot however make the sun shine.Lowest field floods on avg once per year.It has flooded a dozen times in 11 months.Lots of fields still with last years dead hay standing,looks brown like mature wheat.Most could not support a tractor all last year let alone dry hay.I would never wish for a wet year here.We really dont need the feet of snow coming Thursday but the long range looks good,,,,,,hmmm | |
