Fighting for Ukraine and it's independence, good god the civilian of Ukraine are making drones in their basements and sending them to the troops fighting on the front lines, these drones are knocking out Russian tanks. These same civilians have built jet skis into remote controlled water drones and taking out ships of the Russian Navy.
When a country will do that in order to fight for their homeland the least we can do is send old outdated equipment for them to use.
Ukraine appears to be intent on hitting Russian Crude refining assets.
