I hired a machinery hauling specialist to pick up a tractor and small tillage tool at the farm yard, to be delivered to another farm yard 2000 miles away.
The truck shows up with a step deck and no ramps.
Is it reasonable for it to be expected to have a loading dock at both ends? There was no mention of needing a dock or anything. Does everyone have a loading dock?
