I run a Phillips rotary harrow and use it way more then I thought I would. Have seeded cover crops with it, apply yellows, dry ground, level ground, etc. very low maintenance and HP requirements.

They struggle to take weeds out, they run a 3-4” scratch pattern but that isn’t close enough.
