Sure looks like shaft seal leaking and outer o-ring failing for you to get the washed pattern where motor bolts to housing. If that yellow arrow o-ring in your pic was leaking the ledge/lip that it seals on would be washed pretty clean and not have any crud or dirt when it was pulled. I always like to clean areas like that first with a pressure washer and then run for a bit to verify where oil is coming from. If hydraulic oil would overfill the planetary it could only get up to the outer o-ring (yellow arrow) before leaking out assuming o-ring was bad... correct? Hard to tell from the 3rd pic.
