SW Wisconsin | Putin can try to blame Ukraine (or whoever) to gain support for his war and escalate aggression.
A percentage of his people will swallow the propaganda BUT:
The fact is he MUST face reality and deal with the newest generation of ISIS.
If he does not hunt it down and quell it, the terrorists will gain support and grow.
That he will not be able to hide from the media.
This is going to be a big distraction and his nation is watching.
