Cu, Heads up, and having sufficent manganese helps. The highest ROI is cobra sprayed on a post pass. UW has some good data on it I believe. The most effective is Endura. Expensive but if you have had 0 bu beans across a field it makes it look cheap.
The only way to prevent it is getting rid of the sclerotia that infects the flowering plants. Contan is also an option too. Several years of COC or a grass crop can reduce the population and get it under control.
