In February 2023, there were bushels coming into the Ft Dodge processors from 100 miles away. Basis was approximately +40 to +50 depending on the day/week. The one merchandising manager told me that the basis probably wouldn't get any better, as these customers were contracting/hauling at posted bid.
Lotta bids to keep an eye on in that 100 mile radius...
