EC SoDak | From what I’d seen, most of landowners have negotiated and settled with the Summit line. If true, that shines a different light on the situation. It wouldn’t quite be the “Hardly any landowners are for it, it’s just the govt and their friends taking away our rights to make a buck!” that some are portraying…. If it’s not true, then odds are it won’t hit for eminent domain due to most landowners not supporting and subsequently suing.
That’s my read anyways.
