Hooker Twp,Ne | I believe fraud is when you intentionally commit it. If I have a 10,000 bu bin that’s full of corn and crop ins says there was 10,200 bu in it and I told banker 10,000 bu on my financial statement and when I took it out there was only 9546 bu in it. I don’t believe I intentionally committed fraud. I made a good faith effort to report the bushels I thought was in the bin. However if I have a 10,000 bu bin and tell banker that I have 10,000 bu of corn in it knowing full well that it’s empty, then that’s a whole different story. | |
