I would say ego and greed mostly, probably more ego than greed.
+ 1 ....I may be lazy as after a certain point how many headaches, employee's,money does one need or want
The sad part is Rosentreter,Stamp, Boersen and many others kill young people's hope of farming while being fraudulent at the same time.
When money vs. Christian values,morals Money seems too win
