And doing a 5 year amr to shave a little more off interst back in 2020 was the way to go you say. You also told me I had no business buying a farm back in 2020 for 30 years either, which half is at fc @ 2.8 less dividend and the remainder is at FSA for 2.2%. I think I made the right choice
