redwngr - 2/3/2019 12:08 Since cards are 'as good as cash', I've never understood why people don't just go to the bank and get crisp new bills that add to whatever amount they want to give. All the cards do is limit where the 'gift' can be spent. They clearly do not provide and security. Merchants probably gain by the amounts that never get spent.
