If doing the side walls I would go with the foam they inject. Did one that way that had some blown in cellulose in some walls and thin batting in the rest. Works really good and sealed it up. They drill 2 holes just like the others. Stick a long tube in it to the top. Start injecting, when it comes out the top they start pulling the tube out slowly. They know the cavity is full when the stuff starts coming out the bottom hole. Cost more, but in the long run it is worth it. No settling on the top and air tight.
