I know of at least 10 people who have had and continue to have dental work done in Algadonas. Never heard of a problem from anyone.
Pick one based on recommendation from someone who has had work done.
Friend in Yuma has a neighbor who is a dentist in mex and he says 1/2 of them live on the us side. No paperwork and all cash business.
