Southern Wisco | The last couple years I have baled and wrapped green wet corn stalks to feed dry cows, cutter on the baler and line wrapping. We feed it with corn silage and Haylage in a tmr. The cows will clean up all the stalks except a few of the nubs, smells sweet when you open up a bale. Just my experience with it, good cheap feed imo
