Agree with you and the OP.
Customer service is a thing of the past.
That's why I choose to buy online, if I'm going to get treated like crap, just as
well pay less for the privlage.
JMO
A lot of these dealerships are second,third and some even fourth generation
from the guy who actually had to work at it.
