staffa ontario | Land values here won't drop here Kevin unless interest rates go sky high because that is the only thing that would clip the supply management guys. They are grabbing up land at stupid numbers and the competition is all them. Ontario Canuck just had 200 acres south of him sell at $24500.00 an acre. 3 dairy farms and a couple chicken farm bid on it, nobody else. The only thing that affects them is interest. Building multi million dollar barns and over bidding on land Don't seem to matter. | |
