NE WI | From an engineering point, RF doesn't travel under water very well. 30' is a lot of water to transmit through and I don't see 2 way radios working. 6' of water will block most cosmic and man made radiation. This is why subs used ELF for underwater transmission or they released an antenna to the surface.
Gotta wonder whats more important with these reporters that write these stories. A human life or some muddy water being released and smearing the company for releasing it to save a life. | |
