Fruita CO | I started out on Alka-Seltzer, & over about 20 years progressed through Pepcid, Zantac, Prilosec, etc. Pretty much regularly had heartburn & reflux at night. When I started being treated by my future wife chiropractor, she said "You have a hiatal hernia". I said "No I don't, the doctor told me that more than once." She said well you do...She worked on it a couple times, heartburn & reflux went away...I can now eat anything I want, hot Mexican, you name it, and no problems. I haven't taken anything for over 5 years. I do avoid eating late in the evening, but that's kind of a no-brainer anyway. | |
