S.E. Washington | There are lots of ways this could play out. One is that the person in question goes to your landlords and says you are doing too good and to give him the land instead of you. As long as you are paying market rate for ground, and pay on time, I wouldn't worry. What landlord in their right mind would take ground from a successful farmer(you) and rent it to a poor farmer(nosey neighbor)? If they do rent it to the nosey neighbor, you are probably better off without their ground in the long run.
As far as privacy? That ship may have already sailed and all you can do is try to prevent it from occurring again.
