Western Iowa | I would agree completely an inversion table. It is a good thing for lower back issues. Use it for 5-6 minutes a day morning and night. It will very likely give you some relief right away.
Surgery is serious, and should be a last resort. Thing is if you really have damage and it is pinching nerves hard, it will do permanent damage to the nerves that won't repair with surgery. So don't put it off too long.
I have had a couple back surgeries, so speaking from a little experience. | |
