Try an inversion table. If you have a disc that’s bulging it can give enough of a stretch to let that disc slowly get back to normal. Have been fighting my 2nd bad round of sciatica in 4 years, bought a teeter inversion table and have had excellent results. Purchased mine in March after 2.5 months of misery and have been on the road back to health ever since.
Sciatica... Anyone had it?
