That is too bad, in my case I had an attorney almost from the get go. I would agree everyone played dumb, cooked the books on their “independent wind instrument” documentation. But the applicator got written up. From what I have seen so far this spring, it is going to be a very dangerous year not t have dicamba beans.
Did anyone actually get paid for a spray drift claim?
