How are the lines fed from well?  Is there a couple main lines that feed all the others?  I had a similar problem, I ended up putting underground valves on the 3 major lines.  The one line is leaking the majority of it, but its super slow, my well would cycle once a minute, but I only have a 5 gallon pressure tank with variable speed pump.  If you only use some of the lines in the summer, you can shut them on and off easily if you want.
