I've got a water leak too. You don't think it's coming clear over here to surface do you? LOL
I hate the thought of having to dig it up with all the electric and phone wires near it.


You don't need to. Directional boring can go right under all that stuff with no issues if replacing the line. Just need to open ends for connections. If the connection comes up in a basement, a good directional boring company can come up in a hole a foot square. Company did that when we got rural water.


Yes, I've seen my plumber put the boring machine in an 8" hole in my basement floor when we put a ground source heat pump in. The latest leak I'm guessing is from a capped off line where I pulled a hydrant out 20 years ago (unless Mark missing water somehow made it 7 miles under ground).
