| It's the fact that the dairy farm manager(not dairy farmer) doesn't have to worry about where that next warm body comes from. Want to add 1000 cows and need labor? Just pick up the phone and by the time you have the facilities built presto all the labor you need. If these dairies would have to compete in the local labor market for those warm bodies they would have to pay a lot more than they are. | |
