Because it's cheaper to get illegals.... Oops sorry, I don't want anyone to get butthurt. As I was saying, it's just good business sense to cram Jose, Pablo, paco and, Jesus along with their families in a couple of 40 year old trailer houses behind the free stall at $6 hr compared to starting a high school kid at $10.
