Learning, while that is all true, it certainly is not that environment we are in now. Don't think I suggested he get out for good, as I believe my scenario keeps his equipment. Rent it annually as long as there are those willing to give a good rent, and a hundred or so extra on top of that. Prices improve, start farming it yourself again. Put a clause that tenant needs to apply removal rates.
