I really think we can cut some money out of crop insurance. Agent commissions are still crazy high as well as the pork laden crop insurance companies themselves. The recent proposal to cut the reinsurance rate by 5% isnt all that bad of an idea. Cut some of the fat out of this existing program that we have.
Let's not forget the Farm Bill.
