Personally I find it hard to feel sorry for the bigshot farmers that are trying to farm everything.  We all have these type of individuals in our areas running up the price of rent and taking all of the good land.

I know we wonder how they are doing it.  Well obviously they are doing it with hope that the price of commodities will go much higher so it will pencil.  When it doesn't eventually the creditors call their loans.

Up to $400 an acre in rent!  Wow   A 40 bushel soybean crop won't even pay the rent!
