If that info is correct, CHS assigned a value of $992/acre for the entire 14k acres. I have no clue if there were improvements, but, that is the numbers right or wrong. I wonder if CHS has access to borrowing money direct at the Fed. reserve window dirt dog cheap, then lends out to outfits like Boresons?

I think you're off a digit. 139,000,000/14,000 = $9,928/acre.
